Our entry level service is perfect for those Landlords wishing to undertake the day to

day management of their property themselves. White Horse can offer you a tenant find service whereby we will:

 

  • Advertise your property on all major property portals, including Rightmove Zoopla.

  • Conduct personal one-to-one viewings with all potential tenants.

  • Once a suitable tenant has been found we will carry out a full reference check, including references from their current landlord, employer and a credit score.

  • Prepare and sign an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement with the successful applicant. 

  • Collect the first months rent and security deposit. 

  • Secure the deposit in our Deposit Protection Scheme custodial account. 

  • Bank transfer any rents collected

Maintenance only

For those Landlords looking to find their own tenants we can help with the ongoing maintenance and day-to-day management of your property. White Horse very popular maintenance only service can:

  • Respond to all day-to-day maintenance and management queries via our personal house WhatsApp group chat.

  • Organize trades to visit your property to carry out all manner of maintenance and repair requirements.

  • Attend site to meet with trades, engineers and carry out regular meter readings.

  • Carry out our routine, proactive inspection and produce your personalized report detailing any repair issues.

  • Co-ordinate your annual safety certificates, including Gas Safety, Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting tests, using our team of fully qualified engineers (annual certificates charged separately).

Full managment 

Finally, our most popular service is our fully managed service, whereby the Landlord can be completely hands free, we take care of everything. As well as all of the above services we will also:

  • Collect rents on a single day and prepare a monthly income and expenditure statement, which clearly details your transaction and can be used for your annual tax return.
