100% Paperless: We are proud to share that as a company we are 100% paperless. All of your reference checking and contracting signing can be done without the need to print off a single piece of paper. 

Check-in: We believe in making you feel right at home, and that starts with our check-in visits. Rather than coming into an office to sign your new contract, we will meet you at your new home to guide you through the process. We will show you around the house again and demonstrate how to use your new home. We will introduce you to your new housemates (where possible) and will talk you through how we manage our house like no other. 

Social Media: All our houses are run using social media. We encourage all our housemates to use the WhatsApp groups to speak with one another and to report any issues you may have with your home. This allows us to react promptly to your enquiry and encourages you to interact with your fellow housemates. We will communicate any news regarding your home via this method to ensure you are made fully aware of what is happening. 

Approachable Team: Our highly skilled team are all connected via household WhatsApp groups to ensure you can speak to the correct member of our team.
